This higher-level skills course builds on foundational Kroll knowledge and focuses on advanced system functions used in community pharmacy settings. Learners gain deeper exposure to audit workflows, third-party adjudication troubleshooting, profile management, reporting functions, and dispensation accuracy tools.
Students practice advanced workflows using remote computers and login access in a simulated pharmacy environment, allowing them to apply problem-solving skills and improve efficiency through realistic, case-based learning scenarios.
